Good news ! Miami Beach commissioners consider vote to allow major South Beach complex

I was wondering where this project was at …Will be excellent to get rid of that blown out eyesore that used to be a hospital and will boost real estate in the  least desirable section of South Beach . The area needs it and,if the project mirrors a Merrick Village/Bal Harbour mall atmosphere, it could be really great for South of Fifth area of South Beach which lacks any retail and central attraction   Read story
